Martin Warner'S Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    22 oz. Gibralter semi-sweet chocolate (Gibralter is a Peter's brand and available at Fowler's)
    2 sticks unsalted butter
    2 c. whipping cream plus 2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla plus 1 Tbsp. cognac
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Melt and mix butter and chocolate.
    Add sugar and flavorings. Slowly whisk in cream and milk.
    Serve hot; store in fridge.
