Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 gingersnaps or graham crackers, crushed to make 1 1/4 c. crumbs
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 pkg. lemon pie or pudding mix
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. cold evaporated milk, beaten until peaks form
Preparation
    Press 1 cup crumb mix onto sides and bottom of an ice cube tray.
    Chill.
    In top of double boiler or saucepan prepare filling or pudding, adding sugar, salt, 3 egg yolks, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Cook until thick.
    Cool.
