Glazed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium acorn squash (about 1 lb. each)
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut squash into 1-inch crosswise slices.
    Remove seed and stringy fibers from center.
    Arrange slices in 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
    Microwave at High setting for 6 minutes.
    Turn squash over and rearrange slices.
    Cover tightly and microwave at High setting 6 minutes more, or until tender.
    Drain squash.
