Chicken And Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken legs
    2 chicken thighs
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 large green pepper
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Dredge chicken pieces in flour, coating well.
    Brown in hot oil
    over medium heat.
    Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan;
    sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
