Festive Shrimp And Fettucini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. medium shrimp
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 can zesty Campbell's tomato soup
1/2 c. water
cooked fettucini
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
-
In skillet over medium heat, cook shrimp in hot butter with green pepper, onion, garlic and red pepper until shrimp turn pink. Stir in soup, water and vinegar.
Heat thoroughly.
Season to taste.
Serve over fettucini or favorite pasta.
Serves 4.
