Japanese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings
1 beaten egg
flour
oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut off pointed end of wings. Dip in egg and flour and brown in oil. In saucepan, simmer next 5 ingredients for 2 minutes. Put browned wings in glass baking dish and pour sauce over wings. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Spooning sauce over wings while they bake. Best when baked long enough where sauce turns thick.
