Cube Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cube steak
    flour
    2 tsp. steak sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1 to 2 cans mushroom soup
    1 to 2 c. water
    chopped onions
    onion flakes
Preparation
    Cut steak in bite size pieces.
    Roll in flour and brown.
    Add 2 teaspoons steak sauce, 1 cup sour cream, 1 or 2 cans mushroom soup and 1 or 2 cans water to fried steak.
    Season with chopped onions or onion flakes.
    Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
