Tuna-Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    2 c. prepared biscuit mix
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and cook, stirring until mixture thickens and boils.
    Add remaining ingredients except biscuit mix.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Prepare biscuit mix.
    Arrange rounds on top of hot tuna mixture.
    Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
