Fluffy Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. milk
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg with milk; stir in flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Hold finger under funnel and fill 1/4 cup full of batter.
    Start in center of hot oil, move in circle to make snail-like coil of rings.
    Remove when golden brown.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
