Chocolate Raspberry Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 stick unsalted butter
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raspberry jam
2 tsp. raspberry brandy
1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter in double boiler. Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Whisk eggs, sugar, jam, brandy mixture and chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
