Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 egg
cold water
salt to taste
Preparation

Blend the egg with the flour and salt.
Add enough water to make a stiff dough.
Form into small ball and roll out dough.
Cut in small strips.
Drop into the boiling broth 15 minutes before serving.
Chopped parsley may also be added for extra flavor.
