Carrot Dream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 (16 to 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. loosely packed grated carrots (on grid grater if possible)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Beat until lemon color and texture is smooth.
Sift flour and soda and beat into creamed mixture.
Add pineapple, carrots, nuts and coconut.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan well and put waxed paper on the bottom.
Pour in the batter.
Bake at 375 \u00b0 for 10 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 until the cake is done, about 30 minutes.
Makes nice cupcakes.
