Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. beets, peeled
    7 c. water
    2 pkg. Sure-Jell
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    8 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
Preparation
    Cook beets until tender.
    Remove beets from juice.
    Add to juice Sure-Jell and lemon juice.
    Boil 8 minutes.
    Add sugar and jello.
    Boil 10 minutes and pour into jars.
    Seal.
