Mrs. Hoffman'S Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. scalded milk
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cake or pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 beaten egg
4 c. or more flour
Preparation

Mix in order given with electric beater.
You will have a soft batter.
Let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
Stir down and put in refrigerator to chill (about an hour).
Turn out on floured surface.
Roll out and cut into shapes.
Place on lightly greased baking tray.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
