Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (30 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 1/2 lb. browned hamburg
    6 sweet hot cooked sausages
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. red wine
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    dash of red pepper
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook hamburg until brown.
    Drain fat.
    In a large kettle add hamburg, tomatoes, tomato paste, scallions, celery, bay leaf, wine and seasonings.
    Simmer on low heat.
