Crunchy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
3 Tbsp. butter
seasoned salt or salt-free may also be used
garlic powder
Preparation

Clean wings and cut tips off.
Preheat oven.
I cook mine in a convection oven which requires no turning and makes it nice and crunchy, but a broiler also works fine.
