Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. soft butter or oleo
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. granulated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients well and press into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
