diced green pepper
sour cream
diced ripe olives
chopped fresh onions
chopped chilies
baking potatoes
corn
crumbled bacon
cubed ham
cocktail shrimp
stuffed olives
fresh mushrooms
Preparation

Scrub baking potatoes.
Rub skin with oil.
Wrap in foil. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
When done, cut in half.
Put condiments in bowls and serve with hot potatoes.
