Pumpkin Pie (9-Inch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. (16 oz. can) pumpkin
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) undiluted evaporated milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and evaporated milk.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0. Bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
