Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    3 to 4 large carrots
    1 c. cut green beans
    1 (16 oz.) corn kernels
    1 large onion
    1 medium green bell pepper
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 lb. kielbasa or Italian sausage
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. marinated, browned beef tips (see other recipe)
Preparation
    Cut vegetables (carrots, potatoes, green beans, corn) into 1/2-inch cubes and steam until tender. Saute chopped onions, pepper and garlic (optional).
