Creole Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. dates, cut fine
    1/2 c. grated coconut
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. nuts, cut fine
Preparation
    Beat together until fluffy butter, sugar and eggs.
    Add and mix well, cinnamon, nutmeg, vinegar, dates, nuts and coconut. Turn into pastry lined pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
