Raisin Puffs With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel

Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until thick and clear.
Add 2 tablespoons butter; blend.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
