Fricadilloes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh beef
    1 lb. veal
    1 lb. fresh pork, all ground
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. butter or drippings
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    bread crumbs (dry)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into rolls about 2 1/2 inches long and 1 inch through.
    Roll in the bread crumbs.
    Bake 3/4 hour in a well-greased pan.
    Keep covered the first 15 minutes.
    After they are brown, put a little water in pan.
    Makes 36 rolls.
