Two Step Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet milk
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. Bisquick or baking mix
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
    Pour milk, eggs and vanilla into a blender.
    Whip 30 seconds.
    Add sugar, butter and biscuit mix.
    Blend 1 minute.
    Add the coconut and blend 5 seconds.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 25 or 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
    We sprinkle coconut on top and brown.
