Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt
    red pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour; brown in hot fat.
    Place in baking dish and set aside.
    Brown onion in hot fat.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, in oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
