Lemon Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 (15 oz.) box raisins
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 oz. lemon extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for about 2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
