Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham crackers
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
4 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation

Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with graham crackers.
Then mix pudding and milk together.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Then pour over first layer of graham crackers.
Then layer with graham crackers. Melt chocolate and butter over boiling water, add sugar and water. Mix. Pour this over second layer of graham crackers.
Chill.
