Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can salmon
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Remove bones and skin from salmon and flake.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Form into ball; roll in parsley flakes. Serve with crackers.
