Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
    1/4 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
    6 (6-inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch strips
    3/4 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook the turkey, onion and garlic in large skillet until the turkey is no longer pink.
    Drain fat.
    Add vinegar, chili powder, oregano, cumin and red pepper, if desired.
    Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
    Add beans.
    Remove from heat.
