Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 hard-cooked egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of paprika
    1 head lettuce
    3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 sprigs parsley, chopped fine
    3 green onions, chopped fine
Preparation
    Rub salad bowl with a cut clove of garlic, then put the egg yolk, salt, mustard, pepper, paprika, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in the bowl; blend thoroughly.
    Add oil; blend again.
    Add the greens and lettuce, torn into bite size chunks and tossed lightly.
    A few spoonfuls of Roquefort cheese, crumbled, make this extra special.
