Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast (fast rising can be used)
    1/4 c. warm water (very warm)
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let stand.
    Combine sugar, salt, shortening and boiling water; stir until shortening is melted and cool to warm.
    Stir in yeast.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until soft dough is formed.
