Freezer Cold Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 carrot, shredded
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage and top with salt.
Boil 1 minute the sugar, vinegar and water.
Shred carrot and mix with cabbage.
Pour sugar mixture over cabbage and carrot when mixture is almost cool. Place in freezer containers and freeze.
Thaw for 1 hour before using.
