Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. white bread
    1 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/8 c. salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/8 c. parsley flakes
    6 lb. hamburger
Preparation
    Break bread into pieces in large bowl; cover bread with water and soak well.
    Then squeeze out water until bread is slightly moist.
    In a bowl, mix cheese, eggs, pepper, salt, garlic, parsley and drained bread.
    Add hamburger and mix well.
    Roll in 2-inch balls and place in flat pans, side by side.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 450\u00b0 until golden brown or until meat ball springs back when you press on top of it, about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 150 meat balls.
    Freezes well.
