Japanese Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 stick butter
    1 stalk celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 c. cabbage
Preparation
    Cook celery and onions in butter for about 5 minutes.
    Add cabbage and a little salt and pepper.
    No water.
    Put lid on pot and cook about 5 minutes or until done; can stir one time.
