Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corn Niblets
1 can creamed corn
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
