Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (or stir-fry vegetables)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Mix chicken and vegetables in dish.
Stir together soup, broth and pepper; pour over chicken mixture.
Combine flour, milk and butter; stir until smooth.
Pour over mixture in a baking dish. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
