Spicy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp. lemon grass
1/4 tsp. shrimp paste
1 Tbsp. tamarind juice
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Marinate chicken for 2 hours in mixture of spices.
Fry chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden brown. If the chicken begins to stick to the pan, add about 1/8 cup water. Best served immediately.
