Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 chicken breasts
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. Marsala wine
2/3 c. heavy whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat butter and oil in skillet.
Add chicken.
Cook, uncovered over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Top with cheese; sprinkle with parsley.
Cook, covered, for 3 minutes, cheese is semi-melted.
Remove chicken.
Keep warm.
Add garlic to drippings in skillet and saute for 30 seconds.
Stir in wine.
Continue stirring and scraping up brown bits which cling to bottom.
Stir in cream and cook sauce until thickens, about 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour sauce over chicken.
