Colette'S Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg. Frito chips
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 small can chopped olives
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Line a pie pan with the opened crescent roll dough.
Crunch 2 cups of Frito chips; set aside.
Brown the ground meat and add seasoning mix, olives, chilies and 1 canful of water.
Cook until liquid is absorbed.
Layer over the crescent crust in this order: 1 cup chip crumbs, meat mixture, sour cream and grated cheese.
Pat remaining cup of chip crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until crust is browned.
Serve with chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, avocado or guacamole and salsa.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
