Apple Cake(Yields 1 Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 chopped apples (approximately 2 c.)

Preparation

Cream together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Stir together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
Add 4 chopped apples (approximately 2 cups).
