Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp (medium)
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 large onion
    3 garlic cloves
    2 tsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Take a medium-size pot.
    Put cooking oil all around the bottom of the pot; turn stove on medium heat.
    Put onion (chopped very fine) and bell pepper (chopped very fine) in pot.
    Cook onion and bell pepper until they reduce in cooking oil.
    Keep adding water until reduced, around 30 minutes.
