Sherry'S Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. seasoned hamburger
    1 small onion
    4 oz. drained mushrooms
    1 small can stewed tomatoes with green peppers, drained
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and season.
    Drain off fat.
    Put all ingredients together in crock-pot to melt.
    Stir frequently. Serve with nacho chips.
