1 tube crescent rolls (8 count)
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick spray. Brown, crumble and drain sausage. Press crescent rolls onto bottom of pan so that it stretches to edges. Cover dough with drained sausage. Top with hash browns and grated cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour this over crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
