Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon and mix with remaining ingredients, adding about 1/4 cup of the liquid back into the mixture.
    Mix well into patties.
    Fry until brown in about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
