Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped apples
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1/2 c. sugar
    9 oz. pineapple chunks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    12 oz. salted Spanish peanuts
    1 small bag mini-marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix sugar, egg, flour, vinegar and juice from pineapple in a saucepan over low heat; stir until thick.
    Chill.
    Mix with Cool Whip, pineapple chunks, apples, peanuts and marshmallows.
    Serve.
