Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh asparagus, steamed (use top half, or you can use 2 cans)
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    3 1/2 c. (scant) seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Grease a baking dish with part of oil.
    Dip asparagus in cream (reserve rest of cream).
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Place asparagus in a baking dish.
    Pour cream over.
    Sprinkle diced Mozzarella cheese and the rest of the oil over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
