French Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. slivered almonds
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute in 1 stick of margarine the onion, celery and green pepper (optional).
    Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish and top with more crushed crackers.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
