Fresh Apple Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Cover with sifted powdered sugar. Cut into bars or can be baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour. Very good served with Cool Whip on top, if you like.
