Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pasta
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. thinly sliced pepperoni
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Cook
pasta;
drain,
cool and set aside.
Mix together the mayonnaise,
vinegar
and
mustard.
Blend in blender the parsley and garlic.
Mix both mixtures together and set aside. Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Combine all mixtures together and chill for 2 hours before serving.
