Super Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt shortening in milk over low heat.
    Mix eggs, sugar, salt and cold water.
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
    When milk mixture is lukewarm, mix these 3 together.
    Add flour, but do it gradually.
    Dough should drop off spoon (not too stiff).
    Cover and place in icebox overnight.
    Place on floured bread board. Work dough and cut in small pieces.
    Place in cupcake pans that have been greased.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
    Yields 3 1/2 dozen rolls.
